The rePly chair project provides free downloadable plans for making your own chairs from scrap plywood.  The project was launched in 2006 in response to the growing problem of plywood waste generated by the construction industry.  The plans are available on the rePly website, where there is also a gallery for DIYers to submit pics of their completed chairs.
